New Delhi, Online Desk. OSSC Recruitment 2020: The Odisha Staff Selection Commission i.e. OSSC has extended the last date of application for the posts of Reshepsist, Junior Assistant (Special Drive) and Junior Clerk-cum-Typist. Candidates for these posts can now apply till 8 June 2020.
As per the notice issued by OSSC on 29 May 2020, due to the restrictions imposed during the lock down, the Commission has extended the date of application for these posts in view of the difficulties faced by the candidates in filling the online application form.

How to apply
Candidates will have to visit the official website of the Commission, ossc.gov.in, to apply for the posts of Respirationist, Junior Assistant (Special Drive) and Junior Clerk-cum-Typist under OSSC Recruitment 2020. After this, click on the link of ‘Click here for online application’ given on the home page itself. After this, you have to click on the registration link given with the post for which to apply on the new page. After filling the information sought for registration, candidates will be allotted user ID and password, with the help of which candidates will be able to login and complete the process of their online application. Candidates should note that the online application process will be open till 11.55 pm on June 8, after which the application link will be activated by the Commission.
Explain that the Odisha Staff Selection Commission has advertised for the post of Resepchist (No. 4595) on 24 December 2019, Advertisement for 135 posts of Junior Assistant (Special Drive) for ULB (No. 4540) on 21 December 2019 and Junior Clerk- Advertisement for 53 posts of Comm-Typist (No. 4691) was released on 30 December 2019.
