The pension fund regulator has said that people are facing trouble due to normal activities and travel restrictions in various parts of the country due to the Corona epidemic. The last date for online submission of documents under APY has been extended till 30 September 2020. The deadline for submission of hard copy documents has been extended till October 30, 2020.

Pension will be

If a person connected to the scheme dies before 60 years, then his wife can continue to deposit the money in this scheme and get pension every month after 60 years. Another option is that the person’s wife can claim a lump sum after the death of her husband. If the wife also dies, a lump sum is paid to her nominee. In case of death of the client due to any reason after the age of 60 years, the same pension is received by the spouse and after the death of both, the remaining fund of pension is given to the nominee.
