- Fill and submit the Self Declaration Form.
Upload the required documents
- Login with Application Number and DOB
- Upload identity card, birth certificate, parental permission letter, etc.
- Also upload photo and signature.
Slot booking and fee payment
- Select the slot by clicking on “Proceed to Book”
- Verify OTP and submit the form
- Go to “Fee Payment” and pay using UPI/Debit/Credit Card
- Print the receipt and carry it to the RTO on the day of test.
