The greenfield hub recorded its first commercial arrival at 8:05 AM, when an inaugural flight from Lucknow’s Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport touched down to applause from passengers.

The maiden flights observed a full house, with all inaugural tickets completely sold out. High-profile passengers and delegates traveling from Lucknow to Noida included Uttar Pradesh Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana and UP Chief Secretary SP Goyal. The arrival flight was received by Union Civil Aviation Minister Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu, Gautam Budh Nagar MP Mahesh Sharma, and top officials from Noida International Airport Limited (NIAL) and the Yamuna Authority.
