According to the schedule, Vande Bharat will leave from Gorakhpur at 6.20 am and will reach Patna at 1.30 pm. While on the return, it will leave at 2.25 pm and reach Gorakhpur at 9.30 pm.
Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, who visited Gorakhpur and Bettiah two months ago, has also announced to run Vande Bharat train between Gorakhpur and Patna. This decision has been taken in the order of the same order. Regarding the operation of the new Vande Bharat, the railway administration has now prepared a proposal to build a Vande Bharat depot behind the Railway Protection Force Training Center for maintenance, repair and cleaning. Soon this will also be approved.
According to experts, there is a plan to run a total of seven Vande Bharat trains including Prayagraj via Varanasi, apart from the sleeper Vande Bharat between Gorakhpur to Delhi and Agra. In the coming days, only Vande Bharat trains will be run on almost all major routes including the headquarters Gorakhpur.
Sleeper Vande Bharat also soon
It is expected that in the coming days, pink sleeper Vande Bharat will also start running between Gorakhpur and Delhi. Railway officials say that 200 sleeper Vande Bharat with airplane-like facilities are being prepared at a cost of 26 thousand crores. Apart from this, the Railway Board has set a target of preparing 3200 more Vande Bharat coaches in two financial years. With these coaches, more than 400 Vande Bharat trains with at least eight coaches will be ready by the year 2027. All these coaches are being made at Integral Coach Factory (ICF) Chennai, Rail Coach Factory (RCF) Kapurthala and Modern Coach Factory Rae Bareli.
CM will inaugurate the Link Expressway on June 20
The inauguration ceremony of Gorakhpur Link Expressway will be held on June 20. Earlier, there were preparations to inaugurate it on June 17, but the date has been changed. Officials have started preparations according to the changed date. District Magistrate Krishna Karunesh said that the inauguration of Gorakhpur Link Expressway will now be on June 20. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will hold a public meeting and inauguration at Azamgarh where Gorakhpur Link Expressway and Purvanchal Expressway are joining each other. After that, he will reach Bhagwanpur Toll Plaza in Gorakhpur by road on the expressway, where a public meeting will be held. The Chief Minister’s program also includes a journey of the entire 91 km expressway. A platform will be built on the four-lane.
