New Special Trains: In view of the extra rush of passengers during summer vacation, many special trains are being operated by the Railways.
04071 Darbhanga-Delhi Special will depart from Darbhanga every Tuesday and Friday from 20 May to 11 July at 15.00 hrs and reach Delhi the next day at 18.50 hrs, stopping at Samastipur at 16.30 hrs, Muzaffarpur at 18.30 hrs, Hajipur at 19.25 hrs and other stations.
In view of the extra rush of passengers during summer vacation, many special trains are being operated by the Railways. In this series, it has been decided to operate 01 pair of special trains each between Muzaffarpur to Anand Vihar via Patliputra, Delhi to Darbhanga, New Delhi to Saharsa and Udhna to Gaya. 05219 Muzaffarpur-Anand Vihar Special will depart from Muzaffarpur every Saturday from 24 May to 19 July at 13.30 hrs and reach Anand Vihar at 10.00 hrs the next day, stopping at Hajipur at 14.30 hrs, Patliputra at 15.40 hrs, DDU at 19.15 hrs. 05220 Anand Vihar-Muzaffarpur Special will depart from Anand Vihar every Sunday from 25 May to 20 July at 12.00 hrs and reach Muzaffarpur at 09.45 hrs the next day, stopping at DDU at 02.50 hrs, Patliputra at 06.45 hrs, Hajipur at 07.40 hrs and other stations.
04072 Delhi-Darbhanga Special will leave Delhi at 11.00 hrs every Monday and Thursday from 19 May to 10 July and will stop at various stations, stopping at Hajipur at 08.40 hrs, Muzaffarpur at 09.40 hrs, Samastipur at 11.10 hrs and will reach Darbhanga at 13.30 hrs the next day. 04071 Darbhanga-Delhi Special will leave Darbhanga at 15.00 hrs every Tuesday and Friday from 20 May to 11 July and will reach Samastipur at 16.30 hrs, Muzaffarpur at 18.30 hrs, Hajipur at 19.25 and other stations and will reach Delhi at 18.50 hrs the next day. 04058 New Delhi-Saharsa Special will depart from New Delhi at 19.30 hrs on every Tuesday and Friday from 20 May to 11 July, stopping at various stations, Hajipur at 13.40 hrs, Shahpur Patori at 14.25 hrs, Barauni at 15.40 hrs, Begusarai at 16.08 hrs, Khagaria at 17.08 hrs, Mansi at 17.58 hrs and reach Saharsa at 19.50 hrs.
LHB coaches will now be installed in Jannayak Express
The work of converting all the four ICF rakes of train number 15211/15212 Darbhanga-Amritsar Jannayak Express running between Darbhanga and Amritsar into LHB rakes has been completed. This train was earlier being run by converting two rakes into HHB rakes. Now the third rake of this train is being converted into LHB rake and operated from 16 May and the fourth rake from 18 May. This information was given by PMR’s Chief Public Relations Officer Saraswati Chandra.
