There will be 4 new codes
Let us tell you that there will be 4 new codes which are related to Labor Code Wage, Social Security, Industrial Relations and Occupational Safety.
3 days off
In this code, 3 days leave will also be discussed i.e. job workers will have 3 days off in a week. The new code will have 3 days off and 4 working days. Please tell that the working hours will increase. That is, if you work for 9 hours now, then in the new system you will have to work for 12 hours. In total, you have to work 48 hours in a week.
Can get long leave after 6 months
Under the new labor code, you will be required to work 180 days in any company to take long leave. At the same time, for this you need to work for 240 days. If you have worked in a company for 6 months, then you can apply for long leave there.
Salary will also change
Apart from this, there is talk of change in the rules of salary. There will also be a change in the in hand salary of the employees. After this code, PF contribution will increase, due to which they will get more benefit on retirement.
