In such a situation where many people are sitting vacant, IT-BPM has opened the doors of industries for employment. If you are also facing unemployment at this time, then read about the good news of recruitment of employees.

Target to recruit 10 million employees in the next five years

Employment opportunities are expected to continue from the side of IT-BPM Industries. There is a plan to hire 3.75 lakh employees in the next financial year. To get a job in this industry, you must have digital skills. The industry may give priority to those who hold such skills. Contract staffing for the demand for digital skills is also expected to grow by 50%, which is up 19% from the previous financial year. Due to the high demand for digital skills, there is a supply gap which can be fatal for other skills. This is discrimination for other talents like data engineering, data science, machinery handling.

Increase in demand supply gap

IT-BPM Industries is taking India to the heights of development. Because of these, India is becoming successful in becoming a hub of digital skills. 43% of India’s customers are expecting around 30% or more growth in digital skill hiring this year. However, the increasing demand-supply gap is also a cause for concern because all talent should be given equal rights.

Employer-employer contract affected

On this basis, the share of contract workers is expected to increase from 3% to 6%. The contract staffing market is also likely to improve with a 17% increase. Due to all this, the Employer-Employer contract is also affected.
