Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023: The Competent Authority Cell (CAC), Ministry of Finance (MoF) has invited Applications from the Officers/Commissioners meeting the Eligibility in reference to Appointment on the Competent Authority and Administrator (Group ‘A’ Gazetted) Post in the Competent Authority Administrator under the Department of Revenue (DoR), Mumbai as per the Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023 Notification. There is 01 Vacancy to be filled in.
The Head of the Department/Cadre Controlling Authority may submit duly completed Applications of the Eligible Officers duly satisfying the Eligibility for the Post Competent Authority and Administrator (Group ‘A’ Gazetted) Post may be submitted within the timeline published in the Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023 Notification.
Duly completed Applications in respect of the Officers/Commissioners, those who may be spared immediately upon Selection on the Post of Competent Authority and Administrators, may be submitted to the Ministry of Finance presumably up to 23rd February 2023 (23.02.2023) the Last Date for receipt of the Applications of the Officers. Candidates’ Applications may also be transmitted via Email Ids provided for the purpose mentioned in the Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023 Notification.

Following Officers are Eligible to be considered for Selection on Competent Authority and Administrator Posts (Group ‘A’) Gazetted in the Office of the Competent Authority & Administrator.
01) Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators Act (SAFEMA): Officers of Central Government Not Below the Rank of Joint Secretary (JS) to the Government of India.
And
02) The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPSA): Any Commissioner of Customs or Commissioner of Central Excise or Commissioner of Income-Tax or any other Officer of the Central Government of Equivalent Rank as may be referred to the Ministry of FinanceRecruitment 2023 Notification.
