Bharat Ratna: BJP veteran and senior leader Lal Krishna Advani will be honored with Bharat Ratna. This announcement has been made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. For this announcement, PM Modi took the help of social media platform X. He wrote in a post,
‘I am very happy to inform that Shri Lal Krishna Advani ji will be honored with Bharat Ratna. I also spoke to him and congratulated him for this honour. One of the most respected politicians of our times, Advani ji’s contribution to India’s development cannot be forgotten. His life has ranged from working at the grassroots level to serving the country as our Deputy Prime Minister. He also made his mark as our Home Minister and Information and Broadcasting Minister.
