After this new change, the ticket bookers are going to get a new experience through the IRCTC website and app. This change will be seen in the official online ticket booking system of Indian Railways from August of next month i.e. Indian Railways has decided to make this change in its online ticket booking system so that maximum passenger tickets can be available to all passengers. Artificial Intelligence (AI) system will be used for ticket bookers through IRCTC. After this technical upgrade, ticket booking through IRCTC will become even easier. Also, the possibility of getting more and more confirmed tickets will also increase.
System will be upgraded
Railway Board Chairman VK Yadav has given this information through video conference. The new ticketing system will be rolled out next month. VK Yadav said through video conference that after this new change, passengers will be provided with excellent service and Indian Railways has always been committed to it. Due to the corona virus epidemic, only select passenger trains are being run at this time. For the better convenience of passengers, this new feature will be rolled out, so that the passengers can get complete information about the train and ticket in an even better way.

QR code will be used
Due to the corona virus epidemic, people have started using digital and contactless facilities more. According to the Railway Board, currently more than 85 percent of the passengers in the country are booking tickets online. Railways has started the process of implementing QR code system to promote contact less (contactless) ticketing. Indian Railways are starting the QR based (QR based) ticket booking process to promote digital solutions. Through this Artificial Intelligence based solution, passengers will be able to travel in stations and trains by scanning their tickets through mobile phones. Airport facility will be available
Apart from this, Indian Railways is also upgrading passenger facilities. Soon, airport-like facilities will be seen at major railway stations. After booking tickets through the new ticketing system, the passenger will get the URL of the QR code. Travelers will get this code via SMS. Passengers will have to check using the same code while entering the railway station. Doing this will also get rid of middlemen and increase the chances of getting more and more confirmed tickets for the passengers.
