Indian Railways: Good news for railway employees bonus may be announced today, know details

Let us tell you that the Railways has been giving bonus to its employees every year. Last year also, during the Corona crisis, railway employees got 78 days bonus. Last year, the employees got Rs 17,951 as bonus.

Earlier, the government had also increased the dearness allowance for the employees of Indian Railways. These are the employees who are getting salary under the 6th Pay Commission. Dearness Allowance of Indian employees has been increased. The dearness allowance of these employees has been increased by 25 percent. This increase has been implemented from 1 July 2021.

This government company will give a reward of Rs 72500 to all the employees



Coal India Ltd. (Coal India Limited) has announced a performance-linked reward of Rs 72,500 per employee for all its non-executive cadre workforce for the financial year 2020-21. The Maharatna company said in a statement that the performance based reward (PLR) will be paid on or before October 11, 2021.

The company said, Coal India and its subsidiary Singareni Collieries Company Ltd. (Singareni Collieries Company Ltd- SCCL) non-executive cadre employees will get a PLR of Rs 72,500 for the financial year 2020-21. The decision was taken in a bilateral meeting held on Monday between the representatives of the Central Trade Unions and the management of Coal India and SCCL.
