Indian Railways: North Eastern Railway has decided to extend the period of operation of 6 pairs of special trains. This extension will be applicable till further orders. At the same time, no change has been made in the timing, route and coach structure of these trains. All the coaches of these trains will be of reserved category.
In view of the convenience of the passengers, the North Eastern Railway has decided to extend the operating period of 6 pairs of special trains. This extension will be applicable till further orders. At the same time, no change has been made in the timing, route and coach structure of these trains.
All these trains will continue to operate as per the scheduled time table. During the journey, it will be mandatory for the passengers in the trains to follow the guidelines of Covid-19. All the coaches of the trains will be of reserved category.
According to Pankaj Kumar Singh, Chief Public Relations Officer of North Eastern Railway, the operation period of all these trains is being extended:-
-02521 Barauni – Ernakulam weekly special train will run on every Monday from the earlier notified date 30 August till further orders by extending the period of operation.
-02522 Ernakulam-Barauni weekly special train will run on every Friday from the earlier notified date 03rd September till further orders by extending the period of operation.
-05269 Muzaffarpur-Ahmedabad weekly special train will run on every Thursday from the earlier notified date 26 August till further orders by extending the period of operation.
-05270 Ahmedabad-Muzaffarpur weekly special train will run on every Saturday from the earlier notified date August 28 till further orders by extending the period of operation.
-05531 Saharsa-Amritsar weekly special train will run on every Sunday from the earlier notified date 29 August till further orders by extending the period of operation.
-05532 Amritsar-Saharsa weekly special train will run on every Monday from the earlier notified date 30 August till further orders by extending the period of operation.
-05267 Raxaul – Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Weekly Special train will run on every Saturday from the earlier notified date 28 August till further orders by extending the period of operation.
-05268 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus – Raxaul Weekly Special train will be run on every Monday from 30th August till further orders from the earlier notified date.
-05529 Saharsa-Anand Vihar Terminus Weekly Special train will be run on every Wednesday from 25th August till further orders from earlier notified date.
-05530 Anand Vihar Terminus – Saharsa weekly special train will run on every Thursday from the earlier notified date 26 August, 2021 till further orders by extending the period of operation.
-05211 Darbhanga-Amritsar tri-weekly special train will be run on every Monday, Thursday and Saturday from the earlier notified date 30 August till further orders.
-05212 Amritsar-Darbhanga tri-weekly special train will be run on every Wednesday, Saturday and Monday from the earlier notified date 01 September till further orders.
