Indian Railways: Big News! Rail passengers will get this facility for three hundred rupees, know details

In the Rs 300 kit, passengers will get non woven blanket, non woven bedsheet, non woven pillow, pillow cover, disposable bag, toothpaste, toothbrush, hair oil, comb, sanitizer sachet, peppersoap and tissue paper.



Since the first wave of Corona, the demand for bedrolls that have been closed in trains has started increasing once again with the arrival of the winter season. But till now the Indian Railways has not started the facility of bedroll in trains as before. However, there is a churning phase going on in the Railway Board to make the bedrolls available again to the passengers.

In this matter, the Railways says that the facility of bedroll is still being reviewed. A decision will be taken soon. Meanwhile, many railway divisions including Delhi are going to provide on-board on-demand disposable travel bedroll kits in trains. For this, passengers will also have to pay 300 rupees, but the kind of kit prepared by the Railways. It is quite cheap considering the convenience and needs of the passengers.



In the midst of all the problems of the first and second wave of Corona, the railways has started the facilities of trains on most of the routes in view of the convenience of the passengers. 95 percent trains have started running due to Kovid protocol. Of these, more than 90 percent of the berths are also being booked.

But as before, the facility of bedroll has not been started in AC coaches of Premium, Mail Express and Superfast trains as of now. In normal coaches, where passengers are carrying their beds and sheets from home, the facility of disposable travel bedrolls has been provided at the station for passengers traveling in AC coaches. Delhi Division has also started the facility of providing disposable bedrolls in five dozen trains running from here.

Three kit

In the Rs 300 kit, passengers will get non woven blanket, non woven bedsheet, non woven pillow, pillow cover, disposable bag, toothpaste, toothbrush, hair oil, comb, sanitizer sachet, paper soap and tissue paper. In another kit which costs Rs 150, passengers will get only one blanket.



On the other hand, there is a morning kit and which costs only Rs 30, in which the passengers will get toothpaste, toothbrush, hair oil, comb, sanitizer sachet, paper soap and tissue paper. The facility of providing bedrolls to passengers in sleeper and AC coaches in the train was available before the Corona epidemic. But after the arrival of Kovid, to prevent the spread of infection, the railways stopped providing bedrolls / blankets and passengers have been asked to bring them from home.
