Indian railway: Good news! Now book railway tickets without paying money, Paytm has started a new service, know how to take advantage of it

Now you do not need to pay money while booking railway tickets. Paytm Payments Service has now made the facility of Paytm Postpaid available on the IRCTC platform as well. Under this, you can book tickets first, and pay later.


new Delhi. There is good news for Paytm users. Paytm users will no longer have to pay instant money to buy railway tickets. They will be able to pay the railway ticket money later. This has been made possible by the partnership between Paytm and IRCTC.

Paytm has also launched ‘Book Now, Pay Later’ (book now, pay later) scheme for booking railway tickets with the help of IRCTC. With this partnership, now the service of Paytm Postpaid will also be available on the IRCTC platform. This will be of great benefit to those users who do not have enough money at the time of booking tickets.

Paytm is already running Buy Now, Pay Later scheme in many segments. In view of the popularity of this scheme, it has now been implemented in IRCTC ticketing service as well. Paytm Postpaid lends 60 thousand rupees to its users without interest for a period of 30 days. Only one bill is generated for the month, so that it is easy for the user to keep track of his expenses.

Praveen Sharma, CEO, Paytm Payments Service said that our aim is to provide users with technology based solutions for digital payments and financial services. Paytm Postpet is now available for users who have booked train tickets through IRCTC. For this Paytm has partnered with IRCTC.

How to book tickets

  • Go to IRCTC website.
  • Enter your travel details and select Pay Later option in the Payment section.
  • Click on Paytm Postpaid.
  • Login to Paytm. Now enter OTP in it.
  • After doing this the ticket will be booked.
