Indian Railway: Pre-NI work from 25 March to 27 March 2022 and NI work on 28, 29 March 2022 to finalize the technical works for resumption of operations between Narkatiaganj and Sathi stations after completion of doubling work have to go.
Indian Railway Non-interlocking: Doubling between Narkatiaganj and Sathi stations under the doubling project between Sugauli-Valmikinagar under Samastipur Division of East Central Railway has been completed.
Pre-NI work to be done from 25 March to 27 March 2022 and NI work on 28, 29 March 2022 to finalize the technical works for resumption of operations between Narkatiaganj and Sathi stations after completion of doubling work.
Due to which there has been a temporary change in the operation of Mail/Express trains passing through this section. Due to which many trains running on this route will be affected. So let’s know which changes have been made in the operation of which trains.
Trains run with partial closure:
- Train number 15215 Muzaffarpur-Narkatiyaganj Express, leaving Muzaffarpur from March 25 to March 29, will be partially terminated at Chanpatia station.
- Train number 05096 Gorakhpur-Narkatiyaganj Special, leaving Gorakhpur from March 25 to March 29, will be partially terminated at Chamua station.
- Train number 05450 Gorakhpur-Narkatiyaganj special leaving Gorakhpur from March 27 to March 29 will be partially terminated at Chamua station.
- Train number 05498 Gorakhpur-Narkatiyaganj Special, leaving Gorakhpur till March 27 and March 28, will be partially terminated at Chamua station.
- Train number 05257 Muzaffarpur-Narkatiyaganj Special leaving Muzaffarpur from March 27 to March 29 will be partially terminated at Chanpatia station.
- Train number 05587 Raxaul – Narkatiaganj Special leaving Raxaul from 27 March to 29 March will be partially terminated at Gokhula station.
- Train number 15201 Patliputra-Narkatiyaganj Intercity Express leaving Patliputra on March 27 and March 28 will be partially terminated at Kumarbagh station.

- Train number 05210 Narkatiaganj-Raxaul special leaving Narkatiaganj from 23 March to 29 March will be partially started from Chanpatia station.
- Train number 05258 Narkatiaganj-Muzaffarpur Special, leaving Narkatiaganj from March 25 to March 29, will be partially started from Kumarbagh station.
- Train number 15216 Narkatiaganj-Muzaffarpur Express, leaving Narkatiaganj from 25 March to 29 March, will be partially started from Chanpatia station.
- Train number 05497 Narkatiaganj-Gorakhpur Special leaving Narkatiaganj on 28 March and 29 March will be partially started from Chamua station.
- Train number 05449 Narkatiaganj-Gorakhpur Special, leaving Narkatiaganj from March 27 to March 29, will be partially started from Chamua station.
- Train number 05095 Narkatiaganj-Gorakhpur Special, leaving Narkatiaganj from 25 March to 29 March, will be partially started from Chamua station.
- Train number 15202 Narkatiaganj-Patliputra Intercity Express, leaving Narkatiaganj from March 28 to March 30, will be partially started from Chanpatia station.
- Train number 05588 Narkatiaganj-Raxaul Special, leaving Narkatiaganj from March 27 to
- March 29, will be partially started from Gokhula station.
Train to be operated by diverted route:
- 15274 Anand Vihar-Raxaul Satyagraha Express departing from Anand Vihar from March 24 to March 28 will be operated via the converted route Narkatiaganj-Sikta-Raxaul.
- 15273 Raxaul-Anand Vihar Satyagraha Express departing from Raxaul from 25th March to 29th March will be operated via converted route Raxaul-Sikta-Narkatiyaganj.
Controlled train: - 19038 Barauni-Bandra Avadh Express departing from Barauni from 26 March to 29 March will be run between Bapudham Motihari and Chanpatia with a controlled control of 60 minutes.
- 15653 Guwahati – Jammu Amarnath Express leaving Guwahati on 23rd March will be diverted for 150 minutes between Muzaffarpur and Chanpatia stations.
- 09451 Gandhidham – Bhagalpur Festival Special leaving Gandhidham on March 25 will be regulated for 90 minutes between Kaptanganj and Paniyawa and 90 minutes between Bagaha and Chamua.
- 15002 Dehradun-Muzaffarpur Express departing from Dehradun on 26th March will be run between Bagaha and Chamua with a controlled control of 80 minutes.
