Heavy rain warning issued

The Meteorological Department has predicted light to moderate rains in most parts of Northeast India during the next 7 days. Along with this, heavy rains may occur at some places in Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, Mizoram on June 5. At the same time, heavy rains may occur in Assam-Meghalaya on June 5 and 6 and in Meghalaya during June 9 to 11.

Moderate rain will occur at these places

According to the Meteorological Department, light to moderate rain may occur in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim during the next 7 days. At the same time, moderate rain may occur at isolated places in Madhya Pradesh during June 5 and 7, in Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh during June 5 to 9, Bihar, Gangetic plains of West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand on June 05. Along with this, thunder, lightning and wind at a speed of 40-50 kmph have also been predicted. At the same time, heavy rain is also expected at some places in Bihar today.

Wind will blow at a speed of 30-40 kmph

According to the IMD, moderate rain may occur at many places in Kerala and Mahe, coastal Karnataka during the next seven days. At the same time, the department has also predicted sporadic rain and thunderstorms, lightning and wind at a speed of 30-40 kmph at some places. During 05-07 June, winds will blow at a speed of 100 kmph in coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema and interior Karnataka.

Moderate rain may occur in Jammu and Kashmir

Light to moderate rain may occur at some places in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand. During this time, thunderstorms, lightning and strong winds at a speed of 40-50 kmph have been predicted. Apart from this, light to moderate rain may occur at different places in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan.

Temperature will increase

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of gradual increase of 4-6 degree Celsius in the maximum temperature in North-West India during the next 5 days, after that there will be no significant change.
