IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2022: Institute of Banking Personnel (IBPS) has released a notification for the recruitment of clerk posts. The application process for this recruitment to be held on clerk posts in various banks across the country has been started from July 1. Before applying for the job, candidates should read the notification issued by IBPS once.
Through this recruitment process, a total of 6035 posts of clerks in 11 government banks will be filled. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for these posts by visiting the official website of IBPS at ibps.in. Candidates applying for these posts must have graduation with knowledge of computer system operation.
Written exam will have to be given for recruitment
Candidates will be selected for recruitment on the basis of Preliminary Exam and Mains Exam. The preliminary examination for the recruitment will be of 100 marks in which 100 questions will be asked. After this the Mains exam will be conducted. This year the preliminary exam will be held on 28 August, 3 and 4 September 2022. At the same time, the Mains exam is to be held on October 8.
Know Age Limit and Application Fee
Talking about the age limit, it is fixed minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years. But according to the government rules, reserved category candidates will be given relaxation in the upper age limit. Candidates will have to deposit Rs 850 for these posts as application fee. Whereas, candidates belonging to SC / ST category will have to pay an application fee of Rs 175.
