UP NRI Card 2020: A new portal for NRIs has been launched by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on 24 August 2020 http://nri.up.gov.in/en. On this portal, people can apply online for UP NRI Card, Overseas Employment, Grievance Registration and other online services. NRIs from Uttar Pradesh in particular will benefit as it will not only bring investment but also help job seekers abroad
The new portal will provide http://nri.up.gov.in/en, NRIs a platform to know about their roots or those who want help from the Uttar Pradesh government related to their homes or families in the state. The CHIEF Minister mentioned that the NRI department’s portal will prevent Indians from cheating or harassing them abroad in the name of jobs.
Application Process for UP NRI Card 2020:-
Step 1: First visit the official website of NRI department http://nri.up.gov.in/en |
Step 2: On Homepage, click on the “Apply for NRI Card” link under Services of Department . or Direct Link: http://nri.up.gov.in/upnri-app/ Click on .
Step 3: Upon clicking on this link, up NRI Card Apply Online Page will open with NRI LOGIN/LOGIN. Overseas Indian logins and new user registration links will be included | On this page, click on the “Click Here for New Registration” link as shown here.
Step 4: Then “NRI REGISTRATION/ REGISTRATION/ NRI REGISTRATION/ REGISTRATION) Pravasi Bharatiya Registration” page which is shown below the UP NRI Card online registration form.

Step 5: Here applicants can click on their original details like name, date of birth, passport number, current country of residence, mobile number, email id, interest and “Register” button.
Step 6: After successful registration, each applicant will get a User ID and Password with which they can login to the page opened in Step 3 above.
Apply for Overseas Employment at UP NRI Portal:-

Step 4: The entire application process for showing overseas recruitment pages for UP Jobseekers for Overseas Recruitment will be shown below|
Step 5: On this page, click the “Job Seeker Registration” link to open the NRI UP Overseas Employment online registration form as shown below:
Here the applicant has his job name, applicant name, father’s name, residential/residential name. Correspondence address, mobile number, e-mail address, gender, marital status, educational/educational/ educational/ educational/ educational/ educational/ educational/ educational/ educational/ educational/ educational/ educational/ educational, and gender, etc. Professional qualifications, business name, acquired skills, experience, passport details, countries where job is required, resume, image, signature can enter.
Up Grievance Redressal/Grievance Redressal for NRI Department Helpline No.:-
Grievance Redressal Mechanism: NRI/NRI PIO/ A dedicated grievance redressal portal to ensure timely redressal of all complaints of migrants belonging to OCI and the state of Uttar Pradesh. The portal provides real time status of the file of complaints. Information about the district and police station handling the complaint will be available online.
