To apply online for Learning Driving License (LLR), you need to follow the following steps:
1. Visit the official website of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), sarathi.parivahan.gov.in.
2. Click on the “Online Services” tab.
3. Click on the “Learning License” link.
4. Select your state.
5. Select the “Applicant” option.
6. Enter your Aadhar card number and mobile number.
7. Click on “Generate OTP”.
8. Enter the OTP received on your mobile number.
9. Click “Submit”.
10. Now you have to fill an application form.
11. Enter all your personal information, education qualification, address and other necessary details in the application form.
11. Upload your passport size photograph and signature.
12. Click on the “Fees” tab.
13. Pay the fees prescribed by your state government.
14. Click “Submit”.
15. Your application will be submitted. You can track the status of your application online.
