Heavy rains are likely at different places in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Western Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan from 24 to 30 June. Very heavy rains may occur in Jammu and Kashmir (Kashmir News), Ladakh, Muzaffarabad during 25 to 27 June, in eastern Uttar Pradesh during 27 to 30 June and in Uttarakhand till 27 June. Along with this, strong winds of 40kmph speed can also blow.
Heavy rains are likely in Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Chhattisgarh till 28 June, in Vidarbha on 24 and 25 June, in the Gangetic plains of West Bengal during 25 to 27 June, in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim on 24, 25, 28 and 29 June.
Very heavy rains may occur in Madhya Pradesh and Sikkim on 24 June (IMD Rain Alert). Heavy rains may also occur in Bihar on 28 June, in Jharkhand on 26 June, in Odisha on 25 and 26 June.
