Rewari DSP Hansraj said that when the video of the daughter’s gangrape came in front of the father, he has lodged a case with the police. At the same time, as soon as the matter came to the notice, the police immediately registered a case and caught the accused. According to the police, two of the accused are from the victim’s family and the rest are residents of the neighbourhood.
Police say that from whose phone this video went viral and who shared it further, it is also being investigated. At present, the minor accused have been taken into custody, while the adult has been produced in the court and sent to judicial custody.
