Government Flat Scheme in Lucknow: Another chance to get a flat, LDA extended the ‘first come first serve’ scheme for three months

Government Flat Scheme in Lucknow LVP Vice President Abhishek Prakash is going to hold a meeting regarding the sale of flats, the number of flats lying vacant and what is the progress at present. With this, the authority is going to give one more opportunity to the people who want to take the flat.



Lucknow, Jnn. Government Flat Scheme in Lucknow: Lucknow Development Authority, LVP, is going to extend the first-come-first-served plan to sell its apartments, which was ending on June 15, for another three months. Before this, DM and LVP Vice President Abhishek Prakash is going to hold a meeting regarding the sale of flats, the number of flats lying vacant and what is the progress at present. With this, the authority is going to give one more opportunity to the people who want to take the flat.

DM and Lavipra vice-president Abhishek Prakash has directed the secretary, Lavipra, to convene a meeting regarding the flats after the board meeting next week. After the corona infection subsides, there is a need to pay attention to the sale of flats. The engineers who achieved the target will be discussed again and those who did not show interest in selling the flat, they will have to try again. Not only this, along with improving the basic facilities available in the apartment, instructions have been given to the engineers concerned to focus on facilities like park, approach road.

Get possession soon after registering

Lavipra vice-president Abhishek Prakash has ordered that the allottees, who have deposited the full amount of the flat, should be registered and given possession within fifteen days. The pending work which has not been done due to corona or any other reason, should be completed immediately. Apart from this, the complaints related to apartments should be resolved in a phased manner by the concerned executive engineer. He said that soon he would visit the apartments constructed by the authority and also meet the allottees and inquire about their problems. This will make the situation more clear.
