Consumers taking double benefit of Ration Card Bihar will have to give a week’s deferment. After this deadline, the consumers will not get a second chance and it will be assumed that they do not have to take advantage of the Public Distribution System system in Bihar.


Bagaha, jason. Ration Card Update News:Consumers who lift food grains by making ration cards of two or more states have been given one week’s grace at the administrative level. During this time period, consumers will have to provide proof of this by getting their name removed from the consumer list of other states.

After this deadline, the consumers will not get a second chance and it will be assumed that they do not have to take advantage of the Public Distribution System system in Bihar. Along with this, the ration card of the concerned consumer will be cancelled. It may be mentioned that 11586 such consumers have been identified by including all the seven blocks of Bagaha subdivision.

When the Aadhar card of these consumers was linked with the ration card, then it came to the notice that they are getting double benefit by getting the ration card of two or more states. The government directed to issue a notice by providing the list of such consumers to the sub-divisional administration.

In the light of the order, notice was sent to all the consumers. The answer to which is to be given in your Block Supply Office between February 7 and 10. Even if they do not respond, the process of removing their names will be started considering them ineligible.

The question has also arisen on the ration cards of families who have married their daughters in other states. Notices have also been sent to such consumers by the sub-divisional administration. Actually, the name and Aadhar card of all the members have been mentioned in the ration card of the family.

In this sequence, the name and Aadhar card number of the daughters were also mentioned with the ration card before marriage. After this, when the daughters went to their in-laws’ house after marriage, their name and Aadhar card number were mentioned in the ration card of the in-laws’ side.

Now in such a situation, the name of the same consumer started appearing in the consumer list of two states. In such a situation, a notice was issued from the sub-division office raising questions on the ration card. The aggrieved consumers have provided this information with evidence. The names of daughters will be deleted from the ration cards of such consumers.

There was a crowd of consumers in the Bagaha two block supply office on the second day scheduled to answer on Tuesday. Consumers presented their side while handing over the applicant to the MO. Vinod Kumar, Executive Assistant of Supply Office, said that notices were issued to all by the sub-division administration by identifying the consumers who took double benefit. In the light of the notice, the consumers who reached the office submitted their answer. It has been told to all the consumers that they can get the benefit of JVIPR system from one place anywhere. Therefore, present your side with evidence within seven days, on the basis of which further action can be taken. A total of 1917 such consumers of the block have been identified, in which 1615 have so far presented their side. Pawan Kumar, Lallan Singh and others were present on this occasion.
