BSNL 4G and 5G Rollout Details: BSNL has also got approval from the board to start 4G service. After which BSNL had floated a tender for 1 lakh 4G sites on October 2022.



New Delhi:Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited ie BSNL has given a great news to its customers. Millions of customers of BSNL have been waiting for the start of 4G and 5G service for a long time. However, now their wait is going to end. A big news is coming out regarding BSNL 4G network launching. The government telecom company is going to start 4G network at more than one lakh sites in the country.

Let us tell you that BSNL has also got approval from the board to start 4G. After which BSNL had floated a tender for 1 lakh 4G sites on October 2022. Under which bidding was started on November 23, 2022. Now the evaluation of the bid is over and it has been submitted for the approval of the Group of Ministers (GoM).
BSNL 4G network to be launched within 18-24 months

According to information, at present the Group of Ministers (GoM) is considering the bid for setting up 4G sites. The company will launch 4G services across the country including Maharashtra and Andaman and Nicobar Islands within 18-24 months of placing the purchase order. IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has informed about this in the Parliament.

This information came about BSNL 5G service launching

The special thing is that the Union Minister has also given great information for millions of users waiting for the launch of BSNL 5G service. Union Minister Ashnini Vaishnav said that after this BSNL is working on a plan to start 5G services. He told that spectrum in 600 MHz, 3300 MHz and 26 GHz bands has been reserved by the government to roll out BSNL 5G in the country. 5G service will be made available through this spectrum.

Giant companies like Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel have launched 5G service for their customers. However, BSNL is lagging far behind in this race.
