Gold Silver Rate: After becoming the most expensive on Monday, the price of gold continues to rise on Tuesday also. Silver is also being sold rapidly at higher levels today.


Gold Silver Price on 5 December 2023: A huge increase in the price of gold is being seen during the wedding season. On Monday, December 4, 2023, this golden metal had reached all time high i.e. Rs 64,000 per 10 grams. At the same time, a huge increase in its prices was seen in the global market and the gold rate reached $ 2100 per ounce.

After reaching record level yesterday, gold closed at Rs 62,369 per 10 grams on Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). On Tuesday, gold prices became costlier by Rs 284 compared to yesterday and stood at Rs 62,653 per 10 grams. Gold on COMEX is at $ 2,033.40 an ounce.

Apart from gold, the price of silver is also increasing. On Tuesday, the price of silver in the futures market increased by Rs 110 and remained at the level of Rs 76,278 per kg. Yesterday, silver closed at the level of Rs 76,168 per kg on MCX. At the same time, its price in the international market has increased by 0.04 percent and currently remains at $ 24.92 per ounce.

If we look at the price of gold in the metropolitan cities of the country, the price of 22 carat gold in Delhi is Rs 58,000 and 24 carat gold is being sold at Rs 63,260 per 10 grams. In Chennai, the price of 22 carat gold is Rs 58,500, while 24 carat gold is being sold at Rs 63,820 per 10 grams.

In Kolkata, on December 5, the price of 22 carat gold is being sold at Rs 57,850, 24 carat gold is being sold at Rs 63,110 per 10 grams. Whereas in Mumbai, the price of 22 carat gold is being sold at Rs 57,850, 24 carat gold is being sold at Rs 63,110 per 10 grams.

On Tuesday, silver is being sold at the rate of Rs 81,400 per kg in Chennai, Rs 78,500 in Mumbai, Rs 78,500 in Delhi and Rs 78,500 per kg in Kolkata.
