Gold Price Today on 7 May 2025: There is a decline in the price of gold globally. On Wednesday, gold was seen trading at $3,397.40 an ounce on Comex, down 0.74 percent or $25.40.
Gold Price Today: There is a big decline in the domestic and global prices of gold on Wednesday morning. Gold was also seen trading with a decline in early trade on MCX. In early trade, gold for delivery on June 5, 2025 was seen trading at Rs 96,726 per 10 grams, down 0.78 percent or Rs 765. Along with gold, domestic prices of silver have also seen a decline. In early trade, silver for delivery on July 4, 2025 was seen trading at Rs 96,496 per kg, down 0.21 percent or Rs 205 on MCX.
Earlier, the domestic futures price of gold closed with a huge gain on MCX on Tuesday. Gold for delivery on June 5, 2025 closed at Rs 97,503 per 10 grams with a gain of 3.02 percent or Rs 2854. At the same time, the price of silver closed flat. Silver for delivery on July 4, 2025 closed at Rs 96,799 per kg on Tuesday with a gain of 0.10 percent or Rs 98.
Global price of gold
Global prices of gold have seen a big decline on Wednesday. The global price of gold on Comex was seen trading at $3,397.40 an ounce, down 0.74 percent or $25.40. At the same time, Gold Spot was seen trading at $3385.66 an ounce, down 1.34 percent or $46.06.
Global price of silver
Along with gold, global prices of silver have also declined. In early trade, the global price of silver on Comex was seen trading at $33.28 per ounce, down 0.32 percent or $0.11. At the same time, silver spot was seen trading at $33.05 per ounce, down 0.51 percent or $0.17.
