On the day of Rakshabandhan, women along with their children up to 15 years will be able to travel for free in Haryana Roadways buses. Haryana Transport Minister Pandit Moolchand Sharma said that Chief Minister Manohar Lal has approved his proposal.
For the last several years, the transport department is providing free travel facility to women and their children up to 15 years on the occasion of Rakshabandhan. Last year it was not allowed due to the Kovid-19 epidemic. At present, since there has been a significant decline in the cases of corona infection, it has been decided to continue this facility.
The Transport Minister said that to prevent the spread of Corona, buses will be run with 50 percent capacity of the buses and suitable steps will be taken for safety. Those traveling in the bus will have to take care of face masks as well as other Kovid protocols.
On the other hand, amidst the ongoing process for online transfers of teachers in Haryana, the state government has given great relief to the guest teachers. If a guest teacher opts for Mewat or Morni Hills, then he will be given an additional honorarium of ten thousand rupees every month as relief. The Additional Chief Secretary of the Education Department has issued written orders in this regard.
Haryana government has recently amended the online teacher transfer policy, according to which guest teachers will also be able to participate in online transfers. However, their number will come after the regular teachers. A special drive will be conducted to accommodate guest, contract and ad-hoc teachers against the vacant posts after the transfer drive. They will not be released from school until they are accommodated at the new station.
