Flight Cancelled: Under Operation Sindoor, India destroyed 9 terrorist hideouts in Pakistan and POK by conducting air strikes and 90 terrorists are reported to have been killed in it. Meanwhile, about 18 airports in India have been closed.
India’s air strike has shaken Pakistan. In retaliation to the terrorist attack in Pahalgam on 22 April, India launched Operation Sindoor and destroyed 9 terrorist hideouts in Pakistan and POK on the night of 6-7 May. However, after this attack, Pakistani Defense Minister Khawaja Asif is saying that no action will be taken, but despite this, India has made all-round preparations for any counterattack by PAK. Under this, 18 airports of the country have been closed.
This airport closed after air strike
India has taken a strong revenge for the death of 26 tourists in the attack by terrorists in Pahalgam. But India is fully prepared to respond to any retaliation from Pakistan if the tension reaches its peak. As an alert, the government has temporarily closed 18 airports in northern and western India. These include Srinagar Airport. According to sources, this list also includes Leh, Jammu, Amritsar, Pathankot, Chandigarh, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Shimla, Dharamshala and Jamnagar.

After Operation Sindoor carried out by the three armies of India in Pakistan, the closure of airports has had a direct impact on many flights. According to Flightradar-24, about 430 flights have been cancelled so far. Indigo Airlines was at the forefront in terms of cancellation of flights and around 160 of its flights were cancelled.
