Panic Vikas Dubey exited the back door after overturning the car in Bhaunti. When the STF gave chase, it had fired three rounds. A bullet was found in the chest of CO STF. Since the CO was wearing a bullet proof jacket, his life was saved. In retaliation, the police fired six bullets. It took three abuses to Vikas and he piled up.

This disclosure comes from the FIR lodged in the encounter. FIR CO STF has been lodged by TB Singh. According to this, heavy rains started as soon as crossing the Bara toll plaza. Inspector Ramakant Pachauri, constable Pradeep Kumar, Daroga Anoop Singh, Pankaj Singh and another soldier were also in the car in which Vikas Dubey was sitting.
Due to the cattle coming from the right side, the driver cut the vehicle left and hit the divider and overturned. All the policemen were stunned. During this time Vikas Dubey snatched the pistol of Inspector Ramakant Pachauri and escaped from the back door of the car. Vikas was running from the raw road towards the farm that he himself (CO STF) arrived from behind. Vikas fired at them on the chase. A bullet hit the bullet proof jacket of the CO. After this, two bullets were found by STF soldiers Shivendra Singh Sengar and Vimal Kumar. Development was hit in retaliation.

They fired bullets
, according to the FIR, Daroga Vinod Singh fired one from the government pistol, the soldier Vimal Kumar fired two from his licensed pistol and three from STF commando Sarvesh AK-47. Two kiosks were recovered from the scene. It is claimed that the kiosks disappeared due to rain and wet soil.

In the
FIR, the STF has claimed that Vikas Dubey was replaced by one car after another due to security reasons. So that it is not known in which car it is. At the same time, Vikas was seen sitting in a safari car while the turning car was Mahinda’s TUV. In such a situation, the reasoning of the police is not digested because there was a Safari, Innova and a Tavera car in the STF fleet. These vehicles were captured in every toll block and media cameras. The question is where did this TUV come from all of a sudden.
