How to check pension status on EPFO portal ?
Visit the official website of EPFO www.epfindia.gov.in to check pension status
Click on ‘Pensioners’ Portal’ under ‘Online Services’ on the EPFO homepage
Here a new page ‘Welcome to Pensioners’ portal will appear.
Click on the option of ‘Know Your Pension Status’ on the left panel.
Select your office location under ‘Issued Office’ dropdown
Enter your Office ID and PPO number and then click on ‘Get Status’ option.
What is PPO number and how to get it?
Every pensioner employee is given a PPO number. The first five digits indicate the code number of the PPO issuing authority, the next two digits indicate the year of issue, the next four digits indicate the sequential number of the PPO and the last digit a check digit for computer purposes. Is.
