Can choose nominee online
You can choose your nominee online by visiting the EPFO website. PF account holders can change the name of the nominee as many times as they want. EPFO has given this facility. According to EPFO, this process is quite easy. EPFO has also shared the details of nomination filling on YouTube.
Nominee Addition Process
1. To fill the Subscribers Nomination online, first go to the EPFO website epfindia.gov.in. After this, go to the service option and select the option for employees in the dropdown. After this, you have to click on Member UAN / Online Service (OCS / OTCP).
2. After opening, login with your UAN and password. Click Yes to update your family declaration. Then moving forward, click on Add Family Details. In this, click on the nomination details and enter the total amount to be shared.
3. Then click on Save EPF Nomination. Click on E-Sign to generate OTP. OTP will be sent to the mobile number linked with the Aadhaar card of the subscriber. Submit the OTP and your e-nomination will be registered.
4. More than one nominee can be added to this and no documents are required to be submitted for this.
