Srinagar, ANI. Pulwama Encounter: An encounter between Indian security forces and militants has taken place again on Tuesday morning in Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir. So far, two terrorists have been killed in the encounter, while one Indian soldier is said to be a martyr. According to the information received, Indian security forces had received intelligence that some terrorists are hiding in Bandju village of Pulwama and are plotting a major attack. Based on intelligence, the security forces formed a joint team with the local police and CRPF and surrounded Bandju village. As soon as the search operation was started in the village, the terrorists started hiding in a house and firing. Indian soldiers also started firing as soon as they heard the firing. Two terrorists were killed in a long firing from both sides. A CRPF jawan was injured in the cross firing. The injured jawan has been admitted to the hospital where his condition is stated to be critical. Please tell that two days ago, three terrorists were killed in an encounter in Jadibal area of Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir.
Earlier on Monday, a grenade was attacked amidst firing near the CRPF camp in Tral sector of Pulwama. Unknown gunmen shot dead Dhok Defense Committee (DDC) member Gopalnath in Jammu and Kashmir’s Doda district before the grenade attack.
