Declaration of public holiday
Talking about holidays this week in Chhattisgarh, there will be a public holiday on Haritalika Teej on August 26. There will be a public holiday on Ganesh Chaturthi on August 27, while a local holiday has been announced on August 28 on the occasion of Nuwa Khai festival.
Due to these holidays, children will get the benefit of holidays for 3 days in a week on 26th, 27th and 28th. They will have to go to school only on 25th, 29th and 30th August. Similarly, banks and government offices will also work for only three days.
Local holiday declared
The Chhattisgarh government has declared a local holiday on Nuwakhai on August 28. However, with this, the holiday declared on Durga Ashtami on September 21 has been cancelled. The General Administration Department has issued orders in this regard.
