First of all, the person has to go to the official website of the transport service. Here under the “Online Services” tab, click on “Vehicle Services”. Then the website will ask for the name of that state. Suppose if you are from Delhi then you have to select Delhi. After this the website gets redirected to the vehicle transport website of Delhi.

After selecting Delhi a pop-up will automatically open through which one has to click on “Issue Duplicate RC” which will be under “Vehicle Services”. One has to register first. If he already has an account then he has to log in. Once logged in, under “Online Services”, there will be an option for “Vehicle Services”.
