New Delhi: If you want to get your driving license made and want to stay away from the hassles of going to the RTO office, then the Ministry of Road Transport is giving you the facility to get your driving license made online. All the candidates who have got the driving license can get their learning driving license made by sitting at home through this facility.
First of all the learning license is made
Let us tell you that whenever we go to get our license made, first of all our learning license is made. Permanent license is given to us only after learning license. You will not need to go to the RTO office to get a learning license online. You can get a Learning License within a few hours by giving a test from anywhere, anywhere. However, to get a permanent license, you have to go to the RTO office and give a driving test.
What is the way to get driving license online
To apply for learning license through online mode, first you have to visit sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice/stateSelection.do. After this, you have to choose your state from the drop down list. After this, you have to click on the option of Apply for Learner’s License from the list. After this, you have to choose on the option of giving the test from home.
After this, check the box for the applicant without a driving license issued in the country and click on the submit button. After this, after submitting the Aadhar card details and mobile number, click on the Generate OTP button. After entering the OTP, verify all the details. Then check the box to accept the terms and conditions. Further, click on the Authentication button.
After that click on the option of mode of payment of license fee. It is mandatory to watch the driving instructions video of 10 minutes to proceed for the test. After the tutorial video is over, an OTP and password for the test will be sent to the registered phone number. To start the test, fill the form completely and proceed. Fix the front camera on your device and turn it on.
Now appear for the test and answer at least six out of 10 questions correctly to qualify the test. After clearing the test the link for the license will be sent to the registered phone number. If the test is not cleared then Rs 50 will be charged for the re-test.
