DMRC has changed the metro timings in view of the Lok Sabha elections to be held in Delhi on May 25, information about which has been given by Delhi Metro Rail Corporation on its social media platform X.
The sixth phase of Lok Sabha elections is to be held on May 25, in view of which DMRC has decided to change the timing of Delhi Metro. Voting on all seven Lok Sabha seats of Delhi is to be held on May 25. In such a situation, the metro timings have been changed to avoid any inconvenience to the employees doing election duty and the general public.
DMRC changed metro timings
Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, in a post on its social media platform Can. Trains on all lines will run at an interval of 30 minutes till 06:00 am. Apart from this, normal metro train services will run throughout the day after 6:00 am.

This decision has been taken by DMRC in view of the Lok Sabha elections in Delhi. So that it becomes easier for the employees doing election duty and the common people to reach their destination during voting. Therefore, metro services will start from 4 am on May 25. The metro will arrive at the stations every 30 minutes till 6 am. On the day of voting, security personnel will be deployed at the metro station so that the passengers do not face any kind of problem.
