To provide relief to the passengers, in the first phase, two eight-coach train sets have been prepared. In a phased manner, the work of augmenting coaches in 39 trains will be completed on this line by the year 2024. With this, more passengers will be able to travel between Rithala to Ghaziabad’s Shaheed Sthal Naya Bus Adda.

People of Ghaziabad will also benefit
A metro coach can accommodate 50 passengers and a total of two hundred and fifty passengers can travel. In this way, now five hundred more passengers will travel in each round. The passengers of Ghaziabad of UP will benefit the most from this, because the Red Line Metro goes to the new bus stand.

Traveling will be easy for the passengers of Delhi Metro
Keeping in view the number of passengers, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is working to increase the number of coaches in metro trains on different lines. Eight coach conversion of all trains on Yellow Line (Samaypur Badli-Huddy City Centre) and Blue Line (Dwarka Sector-21 to Noida Electronic City/Vaishili) has been completed. Now this work has been started on the Red Line.
