DA Hike : Good News! Increase in DA of employees, arrears will be paid, up to Rs 48000 will come to the account

Employees DA Hike: Governments have given important benefits to thousands of employees in the month of September. Their dearness allowance has been increased. Besides, many employees will be given the benefit of the new pay scale. A big increase in the salaries of employees will be recorded. However, along with the increased salary, they will also be paid arrears.


Maharashtra: 4% increase in dearness allowance

Maharashtra government has given a big gift to the employees. Their dearness allowance has been increased by 4%. Taking advantage of the Seventh Pay Commission. Employees will be given the benefit of dearness allowance at the rate of 4%. With this, their dearness allowance has increased from 34% to 38%. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has approved to increase the dearness allowance of MSRTC employees by 4 percent.

However, this will increase the additional financial burden of Rs 9 crore on the state exchequer. Along with this, the dearness allowance of the employees has been increased by 9% under the Sixth Pay Commission, the MSRTC employees whose salaries have not been revised will get the benefit of the increase. Their dearness allowance will be increased to 212 percent.

Himachal: 3% increase in dearness allowance

Himachal government has also increased the dearness allowance of employees by 3%. Himachal Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu has decided to increase the dearness allowance of Forest Corporation employees by three percent. From January 1, 2022, they will get the benefit of three percent dearness allowance. Along with this, they will also be paid arrears. In such a situation, with the payment of 19 months of arrears, there will be a big increase in their salary.

New Delhi: Benefits of Seventh Pay Commission

Municipal Council employees in New Delhi will be paid as per the recommendation of the Seventh Pay Commission. Actually the matter pending for 7 years has been resolved. Along with this, 11000 regular employees including 11000 retired employees will benefit from it. All employees should benefit from this.

Earlier DTL pay scale facility was available in NDMC. Now with the payment in their salary under the Seventh Pay Commission, they will see an increase in their salary from ₹15000 to ₹20000. When the Seventh Pay Commission was implemented in the country, the work of including NDMC was also done by the Central Government. The employees had gone to court regarding this and the Union Home Ministry had given its opinion. However, it is currently being implemented.

MP: Gram Panchayat Secretary gets benefit of seventh pay scale

Before the Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections, an important gift was given to the Gram Panchayat Secretary. They will be given the benefit of seventh pay scale. An order in this regard has been issued by the Panchayat Raj Directorate. Their new pay scales have been made effective from August 11. In such a situation, after the appointment of Gram Panchayat Secretary, he will be given a fixed salary of ₹ 10000 for the service period of 2 years.

Along with this, the sixth pay scale has been fixed at 5200-20200-1900 and the seventh pay scale at 19500-82000 for service up to 10 years. It has been clarified in the order that they will also be provided the facility of traveling allowance under the new pay scale. The increased salary will be paid along with the salary for the month of September.
