Pant was hurt while playing a pool shot off a short ball from Pat Cummins. He missed Cummins’ ball and the ball hit his elbow. In fact, according to Rishabh Pant’s guess, the ball did not bounce and his elbow was injured. However, Rishabh Pant decided to bat again after being injured. He returned to the ground after tying the strip but could not score that fast. He returned behind the wicket off Josh Hazlewood. He scored 36 runs in his 67-ball innings.
