Registration on the Co-WIN portal
>> Go to www.cowin.gov.in.
>> Enter your mobile number.
>> You will have an OTP to create an account.
>> Enter OTP and click on the Verify button.
>> You will go directly to the vaccination registration page. There will be an option to choose a photo ID proof on this page.
>> Fill in your name, age, gender and upload an identity document.
>> After entering the information for registration, click on the ‘Register’ button.
>> Once the registration is complete, the system will show ‘Account details’.
>> A citizen can add three more people associated with this mobile number by clicking the “Add More” button next.
>> Now click on the ‘Schedule Appointment’ button.
>> Search the vaccination center as per your convenience by state, district, block and pin code.
>> Then click on the Book button. You will get a message upon booking. That information has to be shown at the vaccination center.
registration through Aarogya Setu
>> Download the Arogya Setu App on your mobile phone.
>> Go to the Co-WIN tab on the Arogya Setu App homepage.
>> On the Co-WIN tab, you tap on Vaccination out of the four options and click on Registration Now.
>> Enter your mobile number and then click on Proceed to Verify. Enter OTP and select this option again.
>> Once the number is verified, you will have to upload a photo ID card type (Government ID / Voter ID Card / Aadhaar etc.). You must enter your full name on it. You will also have to fill in other information like age, sex, year of birth. Apart from this, you can register a maximum of 4 beneficiaries through the Arogya Setu app.
>> On the next page you will have to provide proof of eligibility.
>> Search the vaccination center as per your convenience by state, district, block and pin code. After this, click on the book button. Upon booking, you will get a message. That information has to be shown at the vaccination center.
