Let us tell you that every year submitting LOC to CBSE by the schools is an important part of the preparation for conducting the annual board examinations. The board issues guidelines related to this important process, which are mandatory for the schools to follow. The schools have also been strictly instructed by the board that the name, date of birth, gender, category and name of the guardian of the student included in the LOC should be sent to the board office only after thorough verification.

Schools have been instructed to submit LOC online from 29 August to 30 September 2025. LOC will be submitted with late fee from 3 to 11 October. The board has clarified that both the date of LOC and fee submission will be the same. Only those students whose names are included in the LOC will be able to appear in the board examination of 2026.
