CBSE Board Exam 2021-22: CBSE issued guidelines regarding term-1 examinations, roll number will be uploaded on November 9, check details immediately

CBSE has issued new guidelines regarding the duration of board examinations. CBSE has said that it will conduct the examination of the following subjects by fixing the date sheet in all the affiliated schools. According to CBSE, the duration of the exam will be 90 minutes.


The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Friday issued guidelines regarding the 10th and 12th term-one examinations. The board will upload the roll numbers of the students on November 9 for the examination to be held in November-December. The 12th examinations will be held in 114 and 10th in 75 subjects which will last for 45 to 50 days. CBSE will conduct the 12th and 17th to 10th class examinations from November 16. After taking the examination, the schools will have to upload the marks of the students by checking the copy on the same day.

At the same time, the second term is to be held in March-April 2022. In both the term exams, questions will be asked from 50-50% syllabus. The exam result will be released by combining the marks of both the exams. Due to Corona infection, this time these changes have been made in the examinations by CBSE. Term-I examinations will be of 90 minutes duration based on multiple choice questions. During this, students have to fill their answers on the OMR sheet. Whereas Term-II exam will be of two hours. Term-II can have both short and long questions.


According to the latest date sheet of board examinations, the first term board examination of class 10 will start from November 11 while the class 12 examination will be held from November 16. Keeping in view the cold weather, the exam will start from 11.30 am. The exam will be in multiple choice pattern. Answers have to be filled in OMR sheet. Instead of 15 minutes, 20 minutes will be given to read the question paper before the exam. The exam guidelines have been uploaded by CBSE. Detailed guidelines related to the examination will be sent to all the institutions on November 9.

The statement issued by CBSE (CBSE – Central Board of Secondary Education) said that the division of the academic session for class 10th and 12th board examinations, conducting two term-end examinations and rationalizing the syllabus for 2021-22 The special assessment was part of the plan that was announced in July in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. CBSE is offering 114 subjects in class-12 and 75 in class-10. Of these, there are 19 major subjects in class-12 and nine in class-10.

The main subjects of class 10th include Hindi Course A, Maths Standard, Home Science, Hindi Course B, Science, English Language and Literature, Maths Basic, Social Science and Computer Applications. While the main subjects of class 12th are Hindi Elective, History, Economics, Psychology, Political Science, Geography, Sociology, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Informatics Practice (New), Computer Science (New), English Core, Hindi Core, Physical Education. , Business Studies, Accountancy and Home Science.
