Indian Railways has made significant changes to the schedules of four Vande Bharat Express trains for passenger convenience. Following approval from the Railway Board, the operating days of these trains have been rescheduled.
According to the Indian Express, all these trains are operated and maintained under the South Central Railway zone. The Railways has made these changes keeping in mind passenger convenience, maintenance, and operational efficiency. All these changes will be effective from December 4, 2025. If you are planning to travel on these trains, be sure to check the new schedules.

The schedule of these four Vande Bharat trains has been changed.
- 20703 Kacheguda – Yesvantpur Vande Bharat Express
- 20704 Yesvantpur-Kacheguda Vande Bharat Express
- 20707 Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam Vande Bharat Express
- 20708 Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad Vande Bharat Express
The new and old schedule is as follows:
20703 Kacheguda – Yesvantpur Vande Bharat Express
Opening: 24 September 2023
- Current Operation: 6 days a week (closed on Wednesdays)
- New Operation: 6 days a week (now closed on Fridays)
- Start of Commercial Run: 25 September 2023
- 20704 Yesvantpur – Kacheguda Vande Bharat Express
Opening: 24 September 2023
- Current Operation: 6 days a week (closed on Wednesdays)
- New Operation: 6 days a week (now closed on Fridays)
- Start of Commercial Run: 25 September 2023
- 20707 Secunderabad – Visakhapatnam Vande Bharat Express
Opening: 12 March 2024
- Current Operation: 6 days a week (closed on Thursdays)
- New Operation: 6 days a week (now closed on Mondays)
- Start of Commercial Run: 13 March 2024
20708 Visakhapatnam – Secunderabad Vande Bharat Express
Train No. 20708 Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad Vande Bharat Express, which was flagged off on March 12, 2024, has had its operating schedule changed. This change will be effective from December 4, 2025. Currently, the train runs on all days of the week except Thursday. From December 4, 2025, the train will operate on all six days of the week except Monday.
This train started its commercial operations from March 13, 2024.
These schedule changes are intended to provide passengers with a better travel experience and streamline train operations. This decision was made keeping in mind traffic management, maintenance, and passenger demand.
