Information about this has been received from the list of bank holidays issued by the Reserve Bank. RBI releases the list of bank holidays at the beginning of the year, so that customers and employees do not face any kind of problem.

There is a total holiday of 13 days in September,
let us tell you that there are total 13 days of bank holidays in the month of September. Out of this, the holidays of September 1, 4 and 6 have passed. Let us tell you why and in which cities banks will remain closed for the next 5 days.

– 7th and 8th September – Onam
– 9th September – Indrajata
– 10th September – Sri Naravane Guru Jayanti / 2nd Saturday
– 11th September – Sunday Holiday

In which cities will the banks be closed?
Banks will remain closed in Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi on September 7 and 8 on account of Onam. On September 9, there will be a bank holiday in Gangtok, Sikkim due to Indrajata. According to the RBI calendar, banks in Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi in Kerala will remain closed on September 10 on account of Sri Naravane Guru Jayanti.
