Bank Strike: A strike has been announced in banks on Monday and Tuesday i.e. 30 and 31 January. That is, you will have to wait till February 1 after today for the work related to banks.


State Bank of India: If you have any work related to the bank, then settle it today itself. Otherwise after today you may have to wait a long time for bank related work. Actually, due to the fourth Saturday on January 28 and Sunday on January 29, there will be a holiday for banks. After this, a strike has been announced in banks on Monday and Tuesday i.e. 30 and 31 January. That is, you will have to wait till February 1 after today for the work related to banks.

Work expected to be affected by the strike

Let us tell you that the United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) has called for a two-day strike from January 30. In view of this, the State Bank of India (SBI) has informed the customers that due to the two-day bank strike called by the Union Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) on January 30 and 31, the functioning may be affected. SBI said that we were told by the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) that UFBU has informed about the strike.

Bank organizations have proposed to go on nationwide bank strike on 30 and 31 January 2023 in support of their demands. SBI has made necessary arrangements to ensure that the necessary work is done in its branch so that no customer faces any problem on the day of the strike. It is expected that due to the strike, the functioning of the banks may get affected.
