In this scheme, fraud people are taking advantage of the facilities by issuing a card in the name of another person.
If fraud has happened to you too, then you should immediately investigate it and complain. If any unknown person is taking advantage of the facility available in your name, then immediately file a complaint related to Ayushman card.

If such a mistake has happened to you or someone you have, then you can complain about it. The government has issued a toll free number for such frauds. If this has happened to you also, then you can register your complaint by calling toll free number 180018004444. You must have any certified document to file a complaint.
Download online ayushman bharat card

- Now enter your email id and password to login here.
- Now a new page will open, now proceed by entering the Aadhaar number. On the next page you have to verify your thumb impression.
- Now click on the option of ‘Approved Beneficiary’
- Now you will see the list of approved golden cards.
- Find your name in this list and click on confirm print option.
- Now you will see CSC wallet, enter your password in it.
- Now enter the pin here and come to the home page.
- The option of download card will appear in the name of the candidate.
- From here you can download your Ayushman card.
