The Covid-19 pandemic has bought the entire world to a standstill including the entertainment industry. But now, the Indian entertainment industry is slowing humming back to life. Especially TV shows and daily soaps that run on TRPs and daily wages for the actors and crew. One such show that recently started shooting was The Kapil Sharma Show. You may have seen the promo of the show already but Archana Puran Singh who replaced Navjot Singh Sidhu as the literal chairperson of the show shared some BTS videos from their shoot that resumes 2 days ago. In the first BTS video shared by the veteran actress shows us the all-too-familiar sets of the show now with very lesser crew members and the remaining ones sporting masks, face shields, and some with full PPE kits. Archana Ji then goes on to say that she’s excited to be back on set after four whole months. She also talked about how the actors can’t wear a mask when they’re shooting.

She shared a second video of her conversing with her co-stars like Sumona Chakravarti, Rajiv Thakur, Bharti Singh, and other crew members on set. Everyone seemed glad to be back on set doing what they love doing. You can also see Kapil Sharma shooting for a promo of another show in the background.

Today, Archana Ji shared yet another video of her driving into the location of her shoot while listening to one of her favourite songs Oh Hansini. She gives us a small tour of how things have changed on sets. She shows us that each individual actor has a vanity van and a separate entrance from which they will enter the sets of the show. The entrance to the stage has a sanitizer tunnel that all the actors have to go through. Everyone in the surrounding area was seen in masks, gloves, and face shields too.
