Indian Railways has changed the schedule of about three registered trains on 18th August.


Some of these trains are canceled and the route of some will be diverted. These include 08427 ANGL- PURI EXP SPECIAL 06850 RMM-TPJ SPL 05352 LKU-BC DEMU EXP 04602 JDNX-PTK PASSNGER.

These include 08427 ANGL- PURI EXP SPECIAL, 06850 RMM-TPJ SPL, 05352 LKU-BC DEMU EXP, 04602 JDNX-PTK PASSNGER, 02206 RMM-MS SF SPL, 02206 RMM-MS SF SPL, 02443 DEE TR JU SF EXP SPL, 02443 DEE TR JU SF EXP SPL, EXP [SPECIAL ], 6849 TPJ-RMM SPL, 08428 PURI-ANGL EXP SPECIAL train.

On the other hand, the havoc of flood continues in Bihar, due to which the speed of trains has reduced. Due to the flood, water has come on the track from Sultanganj to Ratanpur. East Central Railway has canceled the operation of many trains and changed the routes of many trains. Precautionary measures are being taken by the Railway Administration keeping in view the safety and security of the passengers. Recently, the operation of 03419 Bhagalpur-Muzfarpur special train running from Bhagalpur was canceled.

Explain that the Railways is running 1,517 special, mail or express trains and 846 passenger trains as per the requirement. Railways had stopped all passenger trains in March 2020 to prevent the Kovid-19 epidemic. Till August 1, Railways operated 6,166 special trains on an average daily basis, which included 1,517 mail or express trains and 846 passenger trains.

Information about the trains that the railway cancels is given. An announcement is made for this at the station. Indian Railways from time to time block traffic due to repair works, which improves the movement of trains. For this some trains have to be canceled or their route changed.


The status of trains can also be known by SMS on the inquiry number 139 service of Indian Railways. You can get full refund by canceling the tickets of the trains which have been canceled. Regarding these trains, the Railways also releases the Cancel Train List on its Train Inquiry website. This brings great convenience to the passengers. They can make changes in their journey in time.
