As per the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), it is not mandatory to have a registered mobile number to download Aadhar card. Those who do not have their mobile number registered with their Aadhar card can download their unique 12 digit identification number online by logging on to the UIDAI website uidai.gov.in.
Download Aadhar card online without mobile number
>> First of all log on to UIDAI website uidai.gov.in
>> After that select the option “My Aadhaar”
>> Now Click on Order Aadhaar Reprint
>> Then enter 12 digit Aadhar number or 16 digit VID number followed by security code
>> After this click on ‘My mobile number is not registered’ option.
>> Now enter you mobile number which is not registered with your aadhaar number.
>> Click on Send OTP
>> Check in the box in front of the Terms and Conditions option
>> Now Click on Submit Button
>> After authentication, ‘Preview Aadhaar Letter’ will appear on your computer monitor
>> Then make payment for e-Aadhaar download
>> Download PDF of your e-Aadhaar
